Perhaps something big has happened? Or you have found something out about your partner that you weren’t expecting? Or maybe the constant cycle of arguing, misunderstanding and resentment has brought things to a head and you are on the verge of splitting up?  When emotions run high it’s difficult to think clearly and find a way forward. This intensive recovery session will enable you both the time and space to talk things through and express your emotions in a calm, non-judgemental, supportive environment. Our relationship counsellors will help you both to get things in to perspective and enable you to find a way forward in whichever way you decide that should be.
